ENG1. Objectives : To provide a safe and caring environment for parents in the local district who are unable to bring their young children with them when they are out for important matters
2. Target group: Infants and young children aged 0 to 3 who are physically fit and healthy
3. Application Criteria： Parents who are temporarily unable to take care of their children due to work or other reasons
4.Service Hours：
– Monday to Friday：8 am – 6 pm
– Saturday ：8 am – 1 pm
– Closed on Sunday, public holidays and centre holidays.
5.Services： Games, art teaching, storytelling and daily activities (e.g. eating and napping) and care services
6.Reasons for application：
– Parents or guardians are unable to bring their children with them due to important matters or unexpected events, such as illness, hospitalization, medical consultations, hospital visit, etc.
– Sudden departure of the guardian from Hong Kong.
7.Application procedure：
- First-Time Applicants：
– Please call our center within opening hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) to make an appointment for the date and time of service usage.
– Fill in the service application form and submit it in person or email it to solis-ssp@hkcs.org for information verification purposes.
– Bring the infant’s birth certificate to our center on the day of service usage to complete the enrollment procedures.
- Returning applicants do not need to fill out the service application form, but must still call to make an appointment and present the relevant documents.
8. Fees ：
– Full Day: HKD 64 (additional meal charge: HKD 6.5)
– Half Day: HKD 32 (additional meal charge: HKD 6.5)
– Two Hours: HKD 16 (if during lunch time, an additional meal charge of HKD 6.5 applies)
* Time exceeding two hours will be charged as a four-hour session; time exceeding six hours will be charged as a full day
9. Withdrawal Procedures： You must notify our center one working day in advance to complete the withdrawal process.
